House Cleaning Services - Standard Outline
 

All Rooms                                                                                   General dusting of entire home: Includes baseboards, doors, window frames, light fixtures, sills, shelves, blinds, ceiling fans (if reachable), vents, corner to corner web dusting.
Vacuum/Mop all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs.
Vacuum cloth furniture including under cushions.
Clean glass surfaces.
Make up or straighten linens.
Empty wastebaskets.

Bathrooms
Clean showers, tubs, and sinks inside and out.
Scrub toilet, including bowl, seat, lid, tank, and base.
Clean, dry, and shine all mirrors, chrome, and tile.
Damp-wipe cabinet fronts.
Clean all shelves, fixtures, and items on vanity.

Kitchen
Clean, dry, and shine all appliance surfaces, range hood, and sink.
Clean stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs.
Wash countertops.
Damp-wipe cupboard fronts, table, and chairs.
Clean microwave oven inside and out, including turntable. Refrigerator and stove interiors are a separate additional service maybe subject to additional pricing.

Green house cleaning

Quality non-toxic cleaning, safe for you and your family. Only

eco-friendly cleaning supplies and micro-fiber cloths are used. Vapor (dry steam cleaning) for floors, kitchen and bathrooms.

Our teams utilize a check list for each type of cleaning we provide to help insure items are not missed and homes are cleaned efficiently and consistently each and every time.

We have a full time Quality Assurance Manager that randomly checks homes, we leave client comment cards with each cleaning and call clients randomly to insure that we offer the best quality possible.

We realize that anytime there is a human involved, things can get missed. Between our training, our Quality Assurance checks and feedback from our clients, we feel that we offer a very high quality service. Our goal is to give our clients more time to spend doing something other than cleaning their home. We look forward to working with you!
